Figure out???

I'm still trying to figure out what or why I'm doing this "blog" thing. So, I read a wonderful line in lovely On-Line Class I am taking through DailyOM. It's Debbie Ford's Overcoming Self-Sabotage and it's fabulous! I could write reams of virtual paper but this caught me today: "From the perspective of the wounded self, denial is a clever place to hide." -Debbie Ford Oh how truly embedded in my behavioral life denial is - time to tell the truth to myself!

DailyOM has quite a few Online Courses - I think I will eventual have taken them all!!!!!

Welcome and Hello......

I am not sure why I am doing this other than it appears that just about everyone in the known universe is setting up a blog. It's either something to do with our desire (and right under our constitution here in the US) to be "heard" or I am just a follower. Or maybe both and more? Don't know how this will "go" but welcome and hello.....to everyone.
